“Yo! Yo! Yo! My face was numb and I was suddenly blind. I was sure I was having a stroke and I was dying. I sat in my car outside of my then-office building and the immense stress of the day/week/year was finally killing me. Three days later I learned that I had experienced an anxiety attack and was diagnosed with an anxiety disorder. I’ve taken steps to eliminate triggers and have been doing amazingly well for the last few months! Mental health is no joke and there are so many wonderful organizations promoting awareness. I also want to spread awareness. After all, I hadn’t ever even heard of an anxiety attack before it happened to me. Anyways, I saw this @ferrisbuilt sweatshirt, I had to have it!
