"Sorry-- I'm so sorry!" Too loud and chaotic and intensely overwhelming was a constant for the diner. Even during the afternoon which Laurel would have figured a fail safe as far as shifts went she had a hard time doing anything remotely close to a decent job and frankly, it was a miracle she hadn't been fired yet. There had been times where she'd even wanted it-- had hoped that the surly owner had realized she was a damn flake and let her go, though those were short lived moments of panic rather than anything else, sure-- she had scholarships but the money she made as a street performer were barely anything to get her by. "Oh god-- I am so sorry," out of breath and wild eyed she approached the guy at her table, with high hopes he didn't notice how her cheeks tinged pink as he looked up. "It's a zoo in here today, your food is on the way." She failed to mention that it had taken so long because she'd dropped the first plate of his in the kitchen. "Just like a few more minutes."

Actually, truth was, Nina loved Julius Caesar, but loathed the assignment she was being forced to partake in. She needed a break. Her green eyes narrowed in on her PlayStation, a small smile tugging at the corner of her lips. Caesar made her think of Fallout New Vegas, one of her favorite games of all time. “Do you mind if we totally ditch this lame ass English assignment for some video games?” She asked with an air of excitement.  

“You should totally just stab him,” Half empty glass of whatever Franzia she had in the fridge swirling around dangerously in her hand, Holly laughed at her own joke, shoulders bouncing up and down as she attempted to silence her giggles. At Nina’s question her head tilted, nose scrunched, it was easy for her to ditch studying for a party but she’d never done so for a video game. “I’m not the biggest video game person, I think the last thing I played was like--- Mario Party 8.”

Okay, wow, I really just realized I hadn't posted anything about Holly & I should be in bed right now but I couldn't sleep so let me do that first.

Holly's dad was in the military, so when they were younger she moved around quite a bit. She was actually born in Holland, which is why her parents chose her name but when she was about four her dad retired and they settled in Georgia.

She comes from a huge family, she has eight older brothers and sisters and is the baby of the family, that did give her a bit of a complex when she was younger ( and there's a residual bratty attitude lingering sometimes )

All her siblings are extremely successful, as were her parents, they're all really smart and have achieved a lot in their own paths and because of that she feels like she's got some really big shoes to fill.

And she's got the same drive as her siblings, she really does but she was also babied a lot more than them too.

Has a huge desire to be loved by everyone, loves to party, kind of a follower sometimes because she can be easily influenced by people and it makes her school/greek life balance really hard to manage.

Straddles that line between near failing a lot but somehow always manages to come through.

Total romantic, loves to read, loves history, literature, art, language etc. She's self taught in four languages ( dutch, french, italian and portuguese )

& Honestly that's all I have right now. She does a damn good job at getting along with /most/ people because she really wants to be liked but does look down her nose at some, doesn't really deal well with ~fuckboys ( god i hate that word ) and has had her feelings stomped on a few times by dudes that like to mess around so she's pretty open in her dislike of guys like that but other than that is pretty amiable and most of her "bitchy" comments are pretty tongue in cheek, she just wants you to like her.

I'm really open to a lot of things. She's bi so exes are pretty open, i'm a big fan of bad term exes but also exes that are now pals, too?? Bad dates gone wrong ( THE BEST ), awkward ANYTHING, unlikely friendships and of course greek connections as well, i'm pretty open to things so just hit me up.
