what's your fav anime?

Hmm, that's a tough question! I like a lot, so I'll narrow it down to a small list of my faves: My hero academia, Haikyuu, Angel Beats, Saiki, and Toradora :)

Doing things with regressors honestly can make things 1000 x more fun!

Just the idea of going on a little picnic while your regressor enjoys all the finger foods you prepared, and pointing out all the shapes in the sky they can find. Bonus points if the picnic is in the park so you can both play on the playground together before or after eating!

I feel like making flower crowns would be nice, too. Or going to the aquarium so they can be all amazed at the giant fish everywhere! Ahhh regressors are just so precious. Every single one deserves the world and more.

I'm tempted to make a picnic themed post, I've been in the mood for one of those the past few weeks. Maybe it's about time I take my dogs out to the park and enjoy a picnic with them :) even if you don't have a caregiver / regressor, you can always enjoy a good picnic.

Are you already laying down? If you are, try getting up and stretching for a bit. Maybe your stuffie is having trouble falling asleep, too! Read them a short bedtime story and tuck them into bed, then try to fall asleep with them!

Sometimes it's hard to sleep because your mind has so much going on inside! What are you thinking about, little one? Let the thoughts come to you, talk to your stuffie friends about them so you can get them off your chest.

Take nice, long deep breaths, and close your eyes. Imagine that your most favorite animal is in front of you, and they have all their friends with them. Maybe count them until you get soo sleepy you finally fall asleep. And in my opinion, Asmr is very helpful. I suggest Latte asmr!

I hope that you are able to get sleep soon. If tomorrow you find yourself having a hard time, I hope you find the time to relax, take a bath and smell some calming lavender to ease your mind. My dms are always open if you wanna chat. Sleep well!

One of the things I love most about being a caregiver is doing everything In my power I can to make my regressor happy. Just thinking about a little one beaming as you give them a giant stuffie, or tell them you're going to their favorite park to play. Or even that you just ran them a bath and all their favorite toys are waiting for them.

I just adore how wholesome and precious regressors can be. They deserve all the love and care this world can offer, as I'm sure every caregiver agrees.

And yes, you reading this right now. I'm talking to you. You are precious, you are loved and adored. Even if you don't feel like it, there are plenty of people who love you for who you are ♡

🍼Bedtime Routine🍼

🌙 First things first, turn off your electronics so you can get sleepy. (But if you need to listen to things like soft music and asmr to sleep, only use them for that!)

🌙 Do some light stretching/easy nighttime yoga that’s kiddo friendly

🌙 Be sure to have something warm to drink! Warm milk, warm tea, or warm water is fine! No caffeine, darling.

🌙 Now it’s time for you and your stuffie friends to get clean and cozy! Maybe take a warm bubble bath or shower while your stuffie sits on the dry sink to watch over you and make sure you’re having fun and washing up. Your bath toy friends hope to join you, too!!! They want to play in the bubbles~

🌙 Take your time. Don’t rush your routine, baby. When bath time is over, it’s time to get nice and dry. Put on your favorite lotion so your skin feels it’s best! Follow with your most favorite pjs. Get comfy!

🌙 Make sure you aren’t hungry. You should never sleep when your tummy is rumbling. Get a small snack! But nothing sugary before bed, we don’t want you up all night. Maybe some yogurt, or crackers..even a little toast or fruit is okay. Be careful preparing this snack though! Let your cg or stuffie supervise you!

🌙 Once your snack is alll done, it’s time to brush your teeth! You can sing a little song in your head and dance around to pass the time~

🌙 Go potty, make your bed, and then say Goodnight to all your stuffies! Don’t let any of them feel left out, now. Give some of them Goodnight hugs and kisses!

🌙 You’re all ready for bed, baby!! Good job!! I’m so proud of you. Now close your eyes, and start counting as many sheep as you can...until...you fall ... into dreamworld...
