🧃bun made din din!🧃
🧸since I don't have a cg to help me regress/baby me, I sometimes use my stuffies and make them talk to me like a cg! it helps a lot when you're trying to fill that gap without trying to rush into a cglre relationship.
🍼did you know: stuffies have telepathic abilities! it's super duper cool! you can just talk to them in your head and they can understand you! even when you're away from home! they'll always be waiting for you to come give them hugs after a long day of telepathic communication 🤍
Goodnight, Little One🧸
Look at you, you’re struggling to keep your eyes open. It’s okay to be sleepy, darling. You need your rest to grow big and strong! C’mere, take mommy’s hand. We’re going to go get ready for bed, okay?
First we’ll wash your face and brush your teeth. Yes, you can bring your stuffie along! They need healthy teeth too, baby.
And then, I’ll help you change into the comfiest jammies you have! It’s important to dress warm if it’s cold, but not so warm that you’ll be up all night tossing and turning.
Once that’s over, it’s time to lay down and turn the lights off. But don’t worry, I’ll leave the nightlight on to scare the monsters away~ Do you have your stuffie, baby? All tucked in and ready to sleep?
What would you prefer tonight, a lullaby or a story to help you fall asleep? I’ll even do both if you’re still awake by the end of one.
Tomorrow will be another day of fun we can share, but you have to get a good nights rest to be ready to take on the day! Goodnight, sleepyhead. Sleep well.
Stop!! This is a checkpoint for regressors. Check for tension in the body, relax, take a deep breath! Go to the bathroom if you need, and get some water if you haven’t had any! Now, check the time. Is it getting late? Maybe you should put up your phone for the night and get some rest. You are loved. You are worthy. You are cared for. And you are valid.

🦋Keeping your little in little space🦋
Make sure your little one WANTS to be in little space, don’t make them feel like they’re being forced into little space!!!
Not sure if this applies to everyone- but my little one finds it comforting and finds it easy to slip when I call myself “mommy/daddy”
Cradling you’re little one is a good one! I like to sit criss cross apple sauce and put my munchkin in my lap and put their head on my chest and secure them in my arms 🥰 adding some rocking and playing with their hair is a bonus! And some good forehead kisses
Similar to cradling, you can cuddle your little and have them suck on their paci or your finger! Give them their favorite stuffie to hold!
Giving them their favorite snacks and drinks in little dishes. 🍼 Their little space bowls and sippies- it’ll help if you’re the one feeding them! “Let daddy help you!” Don’t forget to wipe their face when they’re all done! We don’t want a messy baby
Call them by their little names! My baby’s little name is “bubbles”- or you can use other names like “little one” “munchkin” “sweetie” “pumpkin” “baby boy/girl” “princess/prince” etc.
Doing things for them that they’d normally do on their own out of little space- such as opening things or reaching high places, brushing their teeth or hair. Saying that you’ll help because they’re “too little”
Asking them questions you’d ask a child. “What color is this, baby?” “How many pokadots are on this tissue box?” “What sound does a cat make?”
Let them hold your hand, more so, your finger. Holding one or two of your fingers instead of your whole hand makes them feel like your hand is much bigger than theirs!
Add ons!
Talk to your little in a baby voice! It’ll make your baby feel more comfortable being little around you!
I’ll add onto this when I think of more!! 🦋
How to regress without a cg
- Color in a coloring book
-Wear cute frilly socks
-Cuddle with your stuffie
-watch cartoons that typically make you feel little
-Take a bubble bath to relax yourself
-Wear comfy clothing
-listen to Disney songs
-Watch some animated movies
-make yourself a snack with some little foods (fruits, goldfish, animal crackers, etc.)
-make a little blanket fort for you and your stuffies
-play dress up and use your imagination

How to fall asleep without a cg
-cuddle you stuffie close to you
-listen to some Asmr, some of them have where they read books to you to fall asleep, even some personal attention one filled with things like brushing your hair or playing with it, sometimes even using makeup brushes to brush across your face the whispers help you sleep (I highly recommend Karuna Satori Asmr or Diamond Asmr)
- snuggle up into your covers
-listen to lullabies on youtube
-count sheep
