Last night we celebrated the longest night and the coming of the light with a candlelight Yule dinner. It was a lovely evening and I felt so full and blessed!

Sweet treat for Litha!

We made this amazing lavender and nectarine cake with walnuts for Litha! We changed a few ingredients:

Raw honey (3/4 a cup) instead of sugar

Added Lemon zest 1 Tbs to cake

No almond meal, used self rising flour instead

Nectarines instead of peaches (obviously)

It turned out fantastic!
