fighting the masculine urge to eat a red solo cup
every time the camera cut to joella in that fucking mattress i LOST IT
I got this while scrolling on instagram to try to convince me to join threads and I—
We did it. We finally saved her.
gay people can never be normal they always gotta say some shit like "he was a being formed in the very poetry of nature. his wild and enthusiastic imagination was chastened by the sensibility of his heart. his soul overflowed with ardent affections, and his friendship was of that devoted and wondrous nature that the worldly-minded teach us to look for only in the imagination".
i was so zonked on the remains of my anesthesia that i forgot that i posted on tumblr
dude i’m a little over a day out from top surgery and like this shit sucks there is no way those transgender aliens are doing this for fun in jail
sometimes family is a retired warrior nicknamed “the bear,” his bard husband, the ghost of the warrior’s ex-wife and the old and flirty necromancer who summoned her, a unicorn handler named gary, his unicorn freddy, and a skeletal horse named bones.
i retract one of these statements. but i will not reveal which one. consider me duped. consider me betrayed.

Is there a word that’s a mix between angry and sad
malcontented, disgruntled, miserable, desolated
smad.

i’ve only seen this legendary post in screenshots
It’s always so cool when you find these legendary posts and the OPs are not deactivated. It’s like, the gods still walk among us.
the lightning thief movie isn't a bad movie, it's a bad adaptation. if there was no source material for the movie, if it wasn't adapting an iconic piece of fiction, it would be a good movie. like, it's a pretty okay movie (from a dialogue and composition standpoint) with a solid cast and one of the silliest sequences ever (poker face scene). i am prepared to die on this hill.
((obviously i can't forgive the sins of the disney corporate overlords, and so i will always agree that it's a bad movie.))
What if when Orpheus calls Hades “king of shades” he’s actually referencing Hades’s insane sunglasses collection.
i remember adults telling me, as a kid, to listen to doctors and get my flu vaccine and any shots i could because they remembered Before.
then they started fighting Covid precautions.
i remember adults telling me, as a kid, that the ozone was disappearing and the earth was dying and we needed to recycle and save the planet.
now my parents think climate change is a myth.
i remember adults telling me, as a kid, that racism was a plague, that we had to love and accept everyone, that we should never judge before walking a mile in their shoes.
then they told me that protesting for my Black siblings was wrong.
i remember adults telling me, as a kid, that we needed to give to the poor. working at soup kitchens. making quilts. collecting food and money and supplies. building houses. because it was the christian and just plain right thing to do.
now they look at me, on food stamps with their grandchildren, and lament the "welfare state".
i remember adults telling me, as a kid, that it was easier for a camel to pass through the eye of a needle than a rich man to enter the Kingdom of Heaven and that any rich man, especially an immoral one, should never run our country.
you can guess who they voted for.
i remember adults telling me, as a kid, so very much.
when did they forget?
Time to bring this back. Again.
Apparently this is evergreen. Dammit.
I remember adults telling me, as a kid that girls can be equal to boys in all fields including athletics. Now, they consider girls to be delicate flowers who could never hope to compete against boys.
