I came up with a headcanon, let's say in this case that BAE are children and that the reader is their babysitter!
how his relationship with a babysitter would develop?, I don't care if it's separate or if it's all three of them together (don't ask how the hell his family would leave Hajun with "mediocre" kids, before Dongha was born, the three of them would have been 8 years old)
And if it is separated, I would also like to know how Hajun's relationship with the reader would continue after Dongha's birth and his trauma
But in the event that the three of them are together, would Allen compete with Hajun for the reader's attention? Between the three of them after they have spent enough time together and with the reader... who would be jealous? Who would be the one who only wants the reader for they?
The reader would be more or less 16 to 17 years old at that time, by the way his personality is that of someone patient and kind but strict, I imagine that when he gets "angry" the reader only has a neutral expression and makes others notice which is their warning expression if they are doing something wrong and are not they are obeying to the reader (I imagine Allen doing that)

(This is platonic, the reader treats BAE better than their parents)
Allen’s parents originally hired you to be a young musical tutor for Allen when they weren’t around. But you somehow slowly ended up being his babysitter which you didn’t mind, you’ve dealt with kids before.
You did more babysitting than tutoring because Allen was already skilled with playing the violin. But you noticed he doesn't seem passionate playing it. The two of you had a lot more free time together since there wasn’t much to teach him other than occasional practices. Allen thinks you're super cool and talented as well, he admires how much music knowledge you have and begs you to tell him more as he listens.
When Allen finished any practice that you scheduled that day, he is a bit of a trouble-maker. He wasn’t going to sit around and do nothing. When you weren’t looking, Allen rummages through drawers for blank music sheets and markers, he jotted down any music arrangements he could think of. Sometimes he gets markers stained on the floor. After scribbling on the paper, he shoves his masterpiece in front of your face. Needless to say you were NOT happy when you came across the mess. You often disciplined Allen such as making him clean up his mess. Allen complains as he cleans but you insist that he cleans up or you would tell on his parents. You watched him to make sure he mops the floor squeaky clean. He’s a good kid but sometimes a handful.
Anne would be a year younger than the other two, this is where they began to discover their love of fashion. They didn’t know if they could trust a random person that they’ve just met as their babysitter with their new interest. But they were not good at hiding it because whenever there was any mention of fashion such as on TV, they were ecstatic. You reassured them that you weren’t going to tell on them and made sure they felt safe around you.
Overtime, they feel more comfortable around you as you were the only one at that time who accepted and encouraged Anne. Eyes widened when they heard that you were coming back the next day, hugging you immediately once you arrived. After lunch, the two of you bonded over dressing up and having little fashion shows with what they had in the house. You made sure to tell them to clean up afterwards. Anne knew that their mother wouldn’t be fond of this if she found out, but they felt happy that they could be themselves for a few hours with someone they now trust until their mother returned home.
Your position as Anne’s babysitter wasn’t going to last long once their mother found out that you were “ruining her perfect prince”. She hated how Anne seemed to be more comfortable around their babysitter more than their own mother. Trying to reason or argue with Anne’s mother wouldn’t work, she wouldn’t hear it. And so once you left for one last time, leaving a devastated Anne. Anne missed when you were around, it got even more lonely at home.
When Hajun was told the news that you were his babysitter while his parents were gone for business trips, he was a bit suspicious that there is now another person in his life.
You didn’t expect to be greeted so respectfully when you first met. Originally when you were hired by the Yeon family, you thought you were going to deal with a spoiled brat and mentally prepared yourself but Hajun is very well-mannered and polite towards you. However there were times with Hajun that made you think to yourself “who does this kid think he is”. Hajun slowly began to accept you as his babysitter, he wasn’t allowed to go to the outside world to play with friends as he didn’t have many back then. Your presence kept him company. He liked having another person around that treated him like a human being. You two often wandered around the Yeon family’s garden and had small conversations with tea and treats.
It all came to an end when Dongha was born, Hajun was no longer needed. Hajun was now at the age where he can take care of himself so a babysitter was not needed anymore. You did not argue with Hajun’s father due to his higher status compared to you, you had no say in this decision. Hajun felt a sense of betrayal that you left just like that without a word, were the times spent with you meaningless? He wouldn't forgive you for that. It was unlikely that you two were going to see each other again as Hajun will be sent to a whole different country all by himself.
