shoutout to the people who for the longest time didn’t see a future and thought their lives would be over by now. you made it. you’re still going. i know it’s hard building a future you weren’t prepared for, but i believe in you. you’re a survivor.

Sometimes you stress yourself out to the point of tears and then u have to coax urself off the ledge by reminding urself that nothing is ever that fucking serious . It works out how it works out the point is we put in the effort
people get specific as they age

First month of this semester ✔️ coffee has been successful at keeping me alive ☕️🖤
So, I graduated in July 👩🏻🎓 with excellent results and I’m officially an economist 😊 I also got accepted for my masters (in marketing) with a full scholarship starting this week. I’m proud and happy 😊 and also excited and curious about the next 2 years and whatever life will bring my way on this new journey.
I want to congratulate everyone who graduated recently! 🤍 only we can understand the amount of work and stress that comes with it and I am so proud of you all for not giving up! 🩷
I also want to use this post to encourage and motivate everyone in their studies to keep on working for their goals and not to give up on their dreams! The going can get tough but at the end it will be so worth it! Keep the faith! 🤍
I created this blog 3 years ago and I feel like I was a completely different person back then. As if it was a lifetime ago but at the same time I can remember it like it was yesterday. So much have changed since then. I have changed a lot since then. And some days this place was the only thing that kept me going.
Cheers 🥂 for the bittersweet feeling of graduating and the excitement of the beginning of something new! 💛
Nobody understands the bond between a girl and the mediocre book she read when she was 13 years old.
Self improvement is great but ultimately? you have to accept your self. Yes you can eat better, exercise more, read more, set boundaries, love your self, but it all comes down to this. Some days you won’t have the energy to do any of these things. And you’ll look in the mirror and think that this is not enough. That’s a lie. The biggest love for self is to live slowly. To rest. To really rest. Have a nap. Eat what makes you feel good. Read if you want to. Embrace yourself and accept that you cannot and will not be ever be perfect. Accept that you are good enough. You don’t need to keep busy all the time. you don’t need to go out all the time and post on instagram. You don’t need to journal if you don’t want to. You don’t need to make art if you don’t want to. Breathe, give yourself grace and compassion. Give yourself the love and tenderness you so badly need. Be gentle with yourself. You are trying and it is good enough. You are good enough.
A beautiful poem that illustrates my point
forgive yourself again and again and again and again and again
When you become 20 something, you have to forgive yourself or you will never grow up. You have to forgive yourself for everything and learn from it.

i wish there were more than 24 hours in a day and beverages were $1 and growing up didn’t hurt so much
ur twenties is just reciting "life is tough but i am tougher" 500 times a day. sometimes thru tears
So here is what just happened…yesterday I have done the last subject of the curriculum which means that I am free to defend my thesis in about a month from now and officially become an economist. This is so crazy and unbelievable… I didn’t even have the chance to really appreciate it or be happy about it because I am just sooo exhausted. But thinking about how the last almost 3 years came down to this moment; all the hard work, anxiety, so many hard and dark moments and some beautiful ones of course… it’s just so incredible that it’s finally over. Well, almost.. fingers crossed for my last “exam” in late June/early July 🤞
