I can’t say I was particularly close with him while we here. Where did you guys end up?
lawyerupquinn:
It feels so weird being back. I even accidentally went back to my old room and safe to say I was not expecting to see an orgy, but I’m not at all surprised.
Now that’s an interesting way to be welcomed back. You’re doing well Quinn?
I expected nothing less of this place. As well as can be, Miss Cat. What about y’all?
lawyerupquinn:
I really have no interest in seeing eye to eye with her and there’s no reason to play mediator. We don’t speak.
Yes, I’m well aware. Though I still don’t understand why.
I have my reasons.

lawyerupquinn:
Quinn was grateful for the distraction that her niece provided and she was hesitant to give the girl back to her parents but eventually she did. Even after sending Ryley back to Ryan, Quinn stayed in the hotel bar until her phone died and her drink was long gone. She didn’t have any other excuses to keep her from the room and she was left with no choice but to head back up. If she was being honest with herself she was avoiding Ben, not that he had even spared her so much as a second glance in the last week. He spent all of his time doting on Summer and while Quinn understood why, it didn’t do anything to soothe the growing envy that she was feeling over the other woman being able to give their Dom something that she could never give him herself. She curled up on the couch when he called out to her and her heart sped up, a feeling of dread washing over her. Her body moved towards the bedroom even if she didn’t necessarily want it to. Unable to find her voice for the time being, Quinn lingered in the doorway.
When Quinn appeared in the doorway, his heard broke all over again. Every time he looked at her, he felt betrayed and inadequate. All of those years he thought he had her full and complete trust just to find out that wasn’t the case at all. The only thing he ever asked of her was honesty and to find out she’d been keeping this from him for their entire relationship completely shattered his trust. Just thinking about it threatened to bring tears to his eyes, but he kept his composure, using a signal he’d picked up over the years, telling her to come and kneel in front of him. Ben had no idea where to start, so he went with straight to the point. They were at the point in their relationship where they didn’t need to tip toe around anything and this was no different. “Why didn’t you tell me, Quinn?” He asked, his voice catching in his throat.
Chewing on the corner of her bottom lip, Quinn walked over and dropped down to her knees in front of him. She couldn’t even look him the eye because she knew how much she had messed up. “I was gonna-“ The lie fell flat on her tongue. She couldn’t say for sure if she would’ve ever told him if Beth had never showed up on their front door. “It was hard enough telling you I couldn’t have kids. I couldn’t bring myself to tell you why.” Her fingers drummed along her thighs before the sharp edge of her thumbnail dug into her skin. “I had her when I was sophomore when I cheated on my boyfriend. Russell kicked me out when I told him and cut me off and the only way I could get my life back was give her up for adoption so I did.” She felt her nail slice through her skin but she only dug in further. “I’ve never been able to decipher if I regret having her so young or if I just regret having her. I couldn’t let you see that fucked up part of me when I’ve already put you through enough.” She finally looked up. “I’m sorry, Sir.”
lawyerupquinn:
$100? How can you expect a women to have a good time for only $100? That’s barely gunna cover our mani and pedis, Sir.
She’s 2. If she sits still long enough to put her feet in the water it will be a damned miracle. $100 on a two year old is more than enough.
Fine, I’m only agreein’ to this cause I haven’t seen her in forever. $100 and no more.
lawyerupquinn:
I couldn’t care less if she hears. I said what I said.
Are y’all ever gonna see eye to eye or am I going to have to constantly be mediator?
I really have no interest in seeing eye to eye with her and there’s no reason to play mediator. We don’t speak.

It was eating Ben up inside and if Quinn and Summer weren’t looking forward to seeing their families so much, he would have canceled the trip all together. He was a mess of emotion. Ben and Summer were enjoying their growing baby and he hadn’t said a single word to Quinn for a full eight days. Every time he tried to think about it, he was upset all over again and retreated. But he couldn’t take the building anger anymore and knew they couldn’t go on this way for much longer. While Summer was out having lunch with her brothers, Quinn came back from her morning excursion and he figured they needed to have this out. He sat on his bed and called out into the living room of their hotel suite. “Come in here, Quinn.” @lawyerupquinn

Good gracious. Well, bring my baby girl back in one piece. And there’s a strict $100 limit Quinn Jones - ya hear me?

laylasmythefw:
Orgies and nakedness all over the place! Ah, the energy of youth, right?
It almost makes me a little jealous I never participated in any when we were in school. It’s been a long time, Layla. How have you been?
ryan-fabray-lynn:
Don’t let Jo-Jo hear y’all say that.
I couldn’t care less if she hears. I said what I said.
goldmedalxlynn:
That always seems to be your reasonin’, don’t it Q?
It’s been working for me so far, and why fix what isn’t broken?
smythexxandxxsmythe:
Oh sorry. I guess it’s a habit more than anything now. Things are good with me and Daddy. We’re living in London and pretty happy all around.
No need to apologize. And who’s your Daddy?
smythexxandxxsmythe:
I decided to avoid the submissive dorms for that reason, of course. How are you, Miss? Things going well?
I really wish I would’ve avoided them. There’s no need to call me Miss. I’m still a submissive. Things are going that’s for sure. How about you?
goldmedalxlynn:
Agree is kinda a strong word, but alright. Y’all don’t need to get us presents, Q.
Well they’ve already been bought and I can’t take em back.
lawyerupquinn:
That’s a fair point but she’s my only niece so I gotta spoil her. It’s an unwritten rule somewhere.
Well, I s’pose there’s some truth to that, yes.
See? I knew you would agree, Sir. Also got presents for y’all too.
lawyerupquinn:
I highly beg to differ. Every little girl could always use more presents. Plus, it’s all practical stuff. I swear.
except that now she expects gifts anytime she sees anyone.
That’s a fair point but she’s my only niece so I gotta spoil her. It’s an unwritten rule somewhere.
lawyerupquinn:
Somehow that stroked my ego and I’m not mad at it. Ahh and how old is said rugrat? Went to law school and I’m one of those fancy lawyers now. We moved to Virginia. What about y’all?
Two rugrats; twin girls – Sophie and Madelaine. They’re five going on sixteen some days. Noah and I have been in Paris since we left Lima; our claim was approved there and that was the most natural place for us to settle. Between us, we have a finger in every pie, mostly real estate. It’s strange to be back here right? I’m not the only one feeling that way surely?
Paris suits you so I’m not surprised. So should I ever need a vacation home across the pond, you’re the man to call? I never thought I would come back here after we all graduated. It’s making me feel a little anxious honestly.
