Mad at myself. I burned a shit ton of calories hiking in a cave and zip lining but of course didn’t take my Apple Watch with me so idk how much. It definitely wasn’t enough to neutralize the garbage I ate today. I’m going to have to be super strict for the next few days to fix it. I’m not even weighing myself when I get home from my trip tomorrow, I know that it’s going to piss me off and I just want to relax

no pictures today as I’m on vacation. I went to the zoo and I got to feed a red panda some grapes (this is an AZA accredited zoo, not some roadside thing).

not happy that I ate this much at all, but I think walking a ton at the zoo helped a lot. walking around your local zoo is a great way to get steps in and you get to learn about animals! Highly recommend.
