Real bakers have to think for a second before saying good night or good morning. This brioche dough didn't feel quite right to me so I didn't try anything fancy, as far as shaping it. I suspect it might just be that I'm rusty with really soft, fatty doughs.
If the crumb is good once it's cooled, though, I'll get fancy with it next time. Maybe 3 brioche a tete per pan, with the "heads" stuffed with something sweet.
