Richie snuck into the girl’s hospital room with a bag of junk food and drinks, shutting the door quietly behind him before stepping further into the room. “Guess who comes bearing gifts?” He asked as he moved towards one of his best friends. “Or well, maybe don’t guess. Those may have been poor choice of words and I’m not in the mood to have my soul crushed right now,” he joked. “Richie comes bearing gifts,” he announced to Georgie instead as he brought the stuff over to her hospital bed.

“So uh… I told my parents we were dating while I was home.” Eddie blurted out, “My dad was kind of surprised. I think his head was starting to spin thinking about if we used to bang when you’d sleepover. My mom was really excited and kissed my face a bunch of times.” Rummaging through an overnight bag he had still yet to unpack, Eddie pulled out a rather atrocious sweater with his boyfriend’s name sewn across it, “So my mother thought you should have one of those infamous Clussy sweaters. Said you’ve always kinda been family, so it’s a little overdue. Just know you have to wear it if you come to my house next Thanksgiving or my mom is gunna be really hurt. I don’t think you want to see Susan cry.”

Richie’s eyebrows went up slightly and looked back over at Eddie as the boy went through his bag. “Wait, really? You did?” he asked, surprised by that and smiling lightly. “He doesn’t have to worry about that having happened before, but he will when we go back together,” he said and winked at him playfully. “Because then I will be banging you all over that place,” he chuckled. “Aww, I wish I was there for that, I wouldn’t mind being kissed by your mom,” he teased as he watched Eddie pull out a sweater. “Oh my god, what the fuck is that?” he asked, biting back a laugh at the sight of the sweater with his name across it. “I’d never want to make my future wife cry,” he replied and shook his head. “Is it sad that I actually love it? Although, I think you’d look way cuter in it.”

“Sometimes I really wonder why we picked this job, why being teachers? Why professors at college?” she questioned her colleague and shook her head lightly before looking to Ruth. “He threw up in the middle of the room, literally got up and stood in the middle for a good minute and upchucked all over the place,” Kat said with her nose scrunched up in disgust. “It’s like teaching fucking toddlers. I know there’s a killer on the loose, but Jesus Christ.”

“Well, that makes two of us with messed up hands,” Nathaniel said chuckling slightly. He never thought he’d relate with Richie over how hurt their hands were but hey, there was a first time for everything when you were on the verge of drunkness. “By the way, how’d the party go? I have yet to hear anything from the other teachers and I need to know how badly my students will be hung over.” Nathaniel couldn’t help but ask; he had to know what had happened during the party. The person who died in the fire had to have had friends or even just acquaintances there. Plus, if he knew who got lost in the fire, he could figure out how badly he should hate himself at the end of the week. He knew he should feel bad regardless of who died but he couldn’t get over the worry that he had killed one of his own students.

“Yeah?” Richie asked, looking over at the other’s hands. “Did you drive your car into a tree and shatter the bones in your hands too?” he questioned with a smile on his lips and eyebrows raised as he took another sip of his drink. “The party? Fuck, I don’t even remember anything about that night,” he admitted, shaking his head. “Was pretty fucked up, think there were some fights that went down, s’all i remember,” he told the professor with a shrug of his shoulders, snorting at his following words. “Pretty hungover.”

“You think and fixate on my one eyed snake a lot there, don’t you, Greta?” Richie asked, raising his eyebrows at the girl. “Well, sadly for you, and happily for me, I am not a very taken guy,” he informed the blonde. “So you’ll have to find your jollies elsewhere,” he told her. “Why? Hmm, well, I was drunk and feeling desperate for some of that good good psychotic puss,” he told her with a roll of his eyes before smiling back at her. “See, I don’t buy that for a second.”

Bill looking at the teacher for a moment to make sure she wasn’t paying attention to them. “Say you have a doctors appointment so we can get the fuck out of here.“ This class felt like it was dragging on forever and he would do anything to get out of it. 

“Babe, I love you and know I’d give you all my attention, but you’re cutting into my nap time,” Richie whined back quietly. His brows went up at that then grinned and nodded. “Yes, babe, you’re a genius!” he whispered to him then stood up and raised a hand. “I uh, have a doctor’s appointment and Bill’s my ride,” he said to the professor then proceeded to leave the class with Bill. “I ever tell you that I love how your mind works?” he asked.

A frustrated grunt left them as she did exactly what they told her not to do, and to say it gave them only slight trouble would be an understatement. They really didn’t want to have to resort to the crowbar, but they didn’t have much of a choice if they were going to get the job done. They shook their head in disappointment and slid the heavy tool into their hand that was itching for violence while still holding her down with the other. “Do you know how many times I’ve had to listen to people like you scream and scream for help? And do you want to know how many times someone actually comes to save the day before something bad happens? Zero. Why does everyone always have to be so predictable and an inconvenience to me.” With that they wound the metal bar back and gave Brianna a good thwack to her head, hard enough for a daze but hopefully not enough to completely knock her out.

They rolled off the bed and tossed the tool aside in irritation, and finished up tying the rest of her limbs to the bed with less gusto than before. “You know what the punishment for greed is Sinclair? You’re boiled alive in the finest oil there is, doomed to having your skin and innards painfully melt and blister. I find it very…suiting.” As they were speaking they dragged the duffel bag along with a tank that had a dangerous chemical label on it. “It’s a bit outdated for me though so I thought ‘hey let’s try something more modern’. It didn’t take long for me to find the right stuff and I have to say, I’m really excited about what you’ll look like once we’re done.” A childish chuckle escaped them as they stuck tubing into the tank that were connected to needles on the ends. “I watched this somewhere that if you pump enough of this stuff into the human body all at once, it will burn and melt you from the inside out until you’re nothing but a puddle of guts and blood. Thought it would be the closest I would get to the punishment with some fun sprinkled in.” They wasted no time sticking the first needle into her, and continued to stab more in until it was enough to get the desired effect they would want. They stepped back to admire their work for a moment, and then set their hand on the turning valve that would pump the deadly acid into her body. “This is great, it’s like I’m melting the wicked witch of the west.” With that they turned it up all the way, and the substance in the tank started to pump into their victim at a rapid flow.

Bri felt a little satisfaction through the terror when the other grunted because of her struggling against them. She wasn’t about to just give in and let them do what they wanted to her, though there was already dread filling her entire being that told her that she wasn’t about to make it through this. “Do you know how much I don’t care?!” she snapped back at them and continued to scream and yell for help, hoping beyond hope that someone would hear her and come to her rescue. She cried out in pain when she was hit in the head with the crowbar, her head falling back against the pillow and groaning at the way it stunned her and made her head swim. “Please…” she whispered after a few moments, tears filling her eyes as she looked up at the figure that hovered over her. “I’ll do anything, I’ll help you however you want! I’ll do anything!” Brianna begged, the hot tears escaping and rolling down the sides of her face as she continued to tug against her restraints that held her down against the bed. 

She watched with tear and terror filled eyes as the person moved off the bed and started tying her feet to the bed as well. “Please!” she cried and tried to pull away. “I didn’t do anything! I didn’t do anything to you, why are you doing this?!” she demanded then swallowed the lump that formed in her throat as they started speaking and telling her the punishment for greed. Bri felt sick to her stomach and a chill ran through her body, knowing what was coming. “Look me in the eyes and show me who you are, you coward,” she said to them, glaring up at them even as tremors ran through her entire body. She bit back whimpers as the director started sticking needles into her skin all over. “Stop hiding behind a mask, I deserve to know,” she said through gritted teeth, gasping before screaming in agony at the excruciating pain and burning all over filled. She screamed and screamed, body shaking and jerking with the pain until she couldn’t anymore, until her eyes dimmed and her heart stopped, only laying there as her body burned and disintegrated to nothing but a puddle of guts and blood. Her last thought before everything faded away to pain and nothing was that at least she’d finally get to be with Mason again.

What had happened at the train wreck of a wedding of poor Brianna and Drew went so much better than the Director had expected, but they were still restless and thirsting for blood to be spilled. Pushing some crippled girl down a set of stairs at the end of the night was a weak move, they wanted something that was truly gut wrenching that could be streamed for all of Levins to weep over. They wanted the life of the heartbroken gold-digging bride in their hands so they could slowly squeeze the rest of the hope out of her. That’s why they were now leaning against the wall next to their victims bed, watching her chest rise and fall calmly quite possibly for the last time in her pathetic miserable night. 

The eyes through their mask scanned Brianna’s body to take in the best possible way to proceed with their plan, and finally they reached into their duffel bag and pulled out ropes along with a crowbar. This was just in case she gave them more hassle than what they wanted. The camera  was set up nearby and recording as they swiftly moved and gripped onto the sleeping beauty’s left wrist with an iron grip and tied it extremely tight to the bed frame. At this point there was stirring coming from their victim, and they took the time to crawl on top of her to hold her down as they secured the other wrist to the opposite side. “Goood morning Mrs. De Beers. Oh wait no, my apologizes it’s still Sinclair isn’t it? A shame. I think that a woman unknowingly marrying a gay guy would have made an amazing rom-com show don’t you think? I would say I’m sorry for the loss, but we both know I’d be lying. Now if you could be a doll and not move much, I haven’t gotten to your feet just yet and I could really do without you flailing around while I’m doing my thing.”

After everything that had happened, Brianna just wanted to pull away from everything and everyone. She had been completely humiliated in front of practically the entire town. Although she had not hold anything against Drew about his sexuality, she still felt betrayed in a way that if he had only told her, they could have come to some sort of arrangement with each other. She had thought he had respected her more than that. Brianna was trying to fly under the radar and just hide to lick her wounds until it would all blow over, then she would rebuild with someone else. She would definitely rebuild, because nothing could keep Brianna Marie Sinclair for long. She would come back stronger each time. If she could survive through her best friend being murdered and her being forced to watch on her phone screen, she could handle a ruined wedding. Her ego had taken a hit, but she was stubborn and she’d find a way to pitch to her advantage. 

The first thing that she did was get her things and get out of that house she was sharing with Drew and Kyle. She had to get out of there, not wanting to see either of their faces until she had calmed down, if not for the rest of her life. Brianna was finally getting a good night’s sleep now that she wasn’t putting on an act of liking Drew or having to deal with anyone other than Gamila. It would figure that it wouldn’t last long. The girl jerked awake when there was a sudden, rough grip on her hand. Brianna’s heart raced and she searched the darkened room with wide, terrified eyes. She let out a gasp of pain when her wrist was tied tightly to the bed frame. “Get the fuck off me, you fucking creep!” She screamed, thrashing under their weight and tried to fight her other hand out of their iron grip. “Help! Somebody!” She continued to scream, hoping someone would hear her. Shame and disgust turned her stomach as the person on top of her started speaking to her about past events. “Go to hell!” She yelled and spat at them as Bri kicked her legs, not about to go down without a fight, even as fear filled her heart.
