Jan. 1st. Meals and sleep
Meals were good. I did have a couple of drinks. My choice right now is Tia Maria and almond milk. My almond milk is not unsweetened like usual but it’s all the store had.
Sleep was good. It took me longer than expected to fall asleep. Lights were out at 11:30 pm. The over 2 hrs of deep sleep is what made it so restful. I also managed to get a full 8 hrs too.
