So I picked up this G19X yesterday, see anything different on it..? My shop @wepleadthe2nd already put front serrations on it and cerakoted the slide back to factory color, but using the harder/smoother elite formula! You can’t even tell anything was added or is non-factory, muhaha! I’m a lefty and have no issues shooting regular ARs... but I’ve learned to close the right eye for full-auto or suppressed due to gas/powder (not a huge issue with pistons like this LMT). Putting on a new low rail which isn’t dovetail so I can run the higher @scalarworks mount for @aimpointusa T1. I had co-witness but there is a lot of clutter from irons in view and it just isn’t great, switching to higher mount which is see-through onto irons anyway. Been hearing a ton about .224 Valkyrie caliber, had to get in on it! This is my LMT w/MLOK rifle monolith upper in .224, with the awesome fully-ambi MARS lower. Like all LMTs, it has quick change barrel for other calibers but I’m really loving this low-recoil laser .224 right now. I’ll get some chrono numbers for you all soon. The stock shown is LMT and unlike usual precision stocks it slips onto a normal carbine buffer tube, very cool! So you can quickly take it off with push of button and add a different stock depending on activity or shooting type. Weekend is almost here, hopefully will get the 6.5CM out for a looong walk! 🎯🌵 . This rifle is amazing, @dmr_llc breathed new life into my older Rem700 .308 with rebarrel and accurizing/blueprinting, my own shop @wepleadthe2nd nailed the elite cerakote, @brownells had the @accuracyinternational AX and other parts in stock that I was lusting after, and the @kahlesshooting scope topped it off perfectly.
