How hard it is to admit when things are over, to throw away the memories and feelings and hopes for a shared future. Because every day you wake up knowing you must admit that this beautiful thing has become something tragic. Every day you wake up and refuse to admit that this is the ending to something you thought would last forever. Now it’s real. Now it’s a problem you don’t know how to solve. So you keep putting it off hoping that this ending is temporary until you’ve put it off so long that it begins to feel permanent. But I’m not really for it to be permanent. I’m just not ready.
