Day 1 - 5 Thursday, November 29th 2013
I've decided to start my training on a treadmill. It’s been since April 2013, since I did any training at all, so, this will ease my way into it! The first race I will document is my training for the Antwerp , Belgium 10 mile race!
Day 1: 5k in 30 Mins
Day 2: 5.2k in 30 Mins
Day 3: 5.37k in 30 Mins
Day 4: 5.7k in 30 Mins
Day 5: 5.8k in 30 Mins
Ended my first 5 days at: 3.6 miles per 30 mins Equals 26.2 miles in 3 hrs 15 mins if I stay at that pace…
