I’m barely here anymore. I probably won’t post more than 2x a year, if even that. Unfortunately I’m more active on other platforms now. No, I won’t delete this blog, but I’ll technically be abandoning it. I still love Tony with all my heart, but life’s getting more and more hectic. Matt Murdock and Tony Stark

Think about it.

Matt can literally hear Tony’s heart ache despite the facade of indifference Tony paints onto his face. Every single time Tony says “I’m fine.” Matt knows he isn’t.

Whenever it rains and Hell’s Kitchen begins to look more hellish than it is, Tony’s already there. Advanced tech protecting every corner of Matt’s apartment while he waits for the man to come home. Bloodied, battered, or maybe just a few scratches. Tony’s there, prepared. Ready to nurse him back to health and comfort him until his senses heal.

And when the world just gets a bit too much for Tony to handle, he makes a call to Nelson and Murdock’s Law Firm. Within the next half hour, they’re both at Matt’s apartment. Wrapped in each others arms as Matt tries to soothe Tony with hushed, “It’s going to be okay”s and “You’re only trying to do the right thing”s. Tony knows he can’t front with Matt, and eventually, he stopped trying. After each bone-shredding conference he faces with snark and wit, he always crumbles the minute he makes it passed those double doors. Only now, he has a vigilante to catch him.
