Transgender Healthcare Services In The UK Are Broken - URGENT Improvements Are Needed

I’ve been on the waiting list for 2 and a half years and I still haven’t got my first appointment at the GIC. I had lost hope until I found the GenderGP where I can be prescribed hormones to bridge the gap until I finally get seen by a GIC, at a cost. I’m lucky to have come into a little bit of money, enough to see this private clinic, but not everyone is so lucky, and they rely on the NHS services to transition.

The current state of services in the UK leaves trans people feeling hopeless, depressed, and suicidal. I know, as I felt this way too. The feeling of helplessness I felt, just waiting, waiting for my real life to begin, was crushing. Not knowing when, or even if, you will get your first appointment destroys your morale. There’s only so long a person can take before they give up hope.

hey guys! sorry that there’s no 30 day cas challenge tonight – i’m tired as fuck as i just started a new diet (aye, 20:4 intermittent fasting, where i fast for 20 hours [including when i’m sleeping ofc] and eat for 4) and school has been kicking my ass recently. going to get some good sleep since i’ve been staying up until 3:30 every night.

y’all (wait,, who says y’all??), i’m so tired!! sorry that this is being posted so late, but life got in the way, y’know? got a new kitten who’s literally the size of my 8in (20.32cm) hand – yes, i measured my own hand rn.

also, sorry for the shitty makeover – literally only changed hair, added a hairline, changed the glasses, changed the shirt, and added eyelashes and a face overlay. tomorrow will be better!

currently trying out intermittent fasting, too! started a 20hr fast at 7:30ish tonight and i’ll start eating at 3:30ish tomorrow afternoon. fun!

so today’s prompt/challenge was ‘simself’! i had some trouble with this prompt because i,,, hate the way i look, haha. this definitely helped me look at myself from a different angle, though :)

also, can we talk about this cute-ass hair recolored by @puderosasims?? agh it’s my one of my favorites.

also x2, why is making male/masc presenting sims so hard :/ lmao, i can create a decent-looking female/femme presenting sim in five-seven minutes, but creating a male/masc presenting sim takes at least fifteen minutes and it’s 10x as hard :,)

i’m sorry these edits are so shitty, i have ultra/high on all settings but since macs don’t have reshade, there’s nothing i can really do
