Hi, I'm Izumi but call me Zoe. I'm 15 and one of the digidestined. While I was in the Digital World, I changed. Not only did I learn from the experience and change as a person, I also changed into a Digimon. Crazy right? I found the legendary spirit of wind, which helped me save the Digital World. I still feel the strong connection between me and my spirit. It’s a part of me now. Don't be shy, talk to me!

DW- An Unexpected Trip ll @Takuya @Tommy @Zoe @Kouji

It must have been midday when Takuya finally woke up. He looked over to his left and noticed Zoe had disappeared, he considered yelling her name, but he thought it’d be a good opportunity to see if he had healed. With a small effort he sat up on the bed, and then noticed something. 

 The room smells like bacon! 

Takuya looked at the nearby nightstand and saw a plate full of food he normally saw on a TV show. He wondered if eating was the best idea at the moment, he had a mission after all. As if on queue his stomach emitted a loud grumble. 

Well I can’t fight on an empty stomach. 

With his conscience clear he ate the whole plate. Takuya stood up and headed downstairs, it seemed Zoe had put them in some kind of inn. He went over to Butterflymon, the apparent innkeeper. 

“Hello, umm….have you seen my friend, she’s like this tall”, he held his hand up to the middle of his forehead and continued,”and she was with me when I…got hurt.”

Butterflymon stopped working and looked at Takuya quizzically. 

“The girl in the purple right?”, he asked. Takuya was surprised the digimon was male, but he had seen crazier things. Starting with Calmaramon. 

“Oh she left a while ago…she said she’d be back for you”

Takuya thanked the innkeeper and ran out the door; hoping to catch up to her. As he set his foot on the ground he felt a sharp pain run up to his chest. He gasped and held his hand over his shoulder.

Despite all the destruction that had happened previously, the town was a nice place. Cute grass huts spotted the town, with the rather large wooden town hall in the centre. Seeing all the Digimon scurry about, doing their daily activities made the girl smile every time. She had really missed this world. 

Although she loved the town’s busy square, Zoe wanted to spend some time in a quieter place. Somewhere she could reminisce and reflect on some questions that floated around in her head.

The outside of town was...well, barren. Miles and miles of rolling hills and grassy paths surrounded her. The town stuck out like a sore thumb. I’m not gonna get lost; I will be able to see the town from far away. 

And so she walked.

It wasn’t long until she got lost in her thoughts. What was she doing here? And why was only Takuya with her? What happened to the others? And to think today started as ordinary day. Without a warning, the ground underneath her collapsed and gave in.

She landed with an ‘Oomph’ on a cold dark floor. Looking up, she could see the light from above through the hole she fell in to. Oh crap.

A light behind her caught her eye. She turned. It was almost a sort of glowing coming from a stone structure. Curiosity piqued her; she had to find out what it was.

Barely visible in the darkness was what looked like an ancient stone shrine, covered in lush mosses and overgrowth. Weird. How does that even grow in the dark? The girl approached it cautiously. The light seemed to be coming from the heart of the structure. It was almost calling to her... Zoe shook her head; she needed to focus. The climb was a struggle, but alas, she made it to the top.

The light coming from the shrine was blinding. Shielding her eyes, the teen moved towards it. Suddenly, she was in a sphere of wind, cloaked in a warm breeze that reminded her of her spirits.

Just as the thought processed through her mind, Kazemon appeared in front of her.

“Zoe. It’s good to see you. You have a lot ahead of you. Watch where you tread, be careful of who you trust,” was all she said before she digitized into her D-Tector. 

“Kazemon,” the blonde breathed. It was just like old times. Here she was in the Digital World, finally reunited with her spirits.
