I know this trend has been dead for years, but I wanted to animate something really really simple and this fit the bill. I like to think Raphs facial range is very small on average. It was pretty unusual commission not only because it’s rare dragon in the fandom, but also because of the challenge itself. The client wanted the dragon’s hide to be looks like sea pebbles, with their unique colours and shimmer

I reworked the render several times, and I hope I finally managed to bring to life 🩵🌊
