anshel trostloski works for an insurance company focusing on worker's safety and accidents. to sum up, his nerves are not made for these tasks and his colleagues don't make things easier... luckily, his subconscious, dear esther (next to the camels cigarettes) and the skies over the industries roofs offer places to escape to. / february 2026

a rare instance of anshel inviting esther over to his dirty little room to have a smoke together.
since he lives in a communal apartment, with a landlady as strict as a warden, her entrance had to be moved to...through the window.

i am so lucky to have found your strange and beautiful world, which is one of my favorites ive found on the internet. i read your excerpts from shlimazel and like anshel found myself obsessing over the pink light in the window and the clothes on the line and beautiful esther. so here is a birthday gift from me! i hope you like it all right and that you had a very good day!

anshel's nightmare i haven't finished, but hope to redo some day. / december 2022
my body flies unrestrained over the roofs of the city that willingly let go of me. at the bottom, i see small faces that become alienated with each additional meter of altitude. my body whirls, i cannot control my ascent, it spins me back and forth like a tossed-up, lifeless doll. the world has spun around me or the other way around, the former seems too egocentric to me. and so it drags me through the sky. i don't meet any god, where is he? not even flying creatures like birds encounter me. why am I alone - my troubled mind thinks, before my shirt gets caught on the dome of a temple and my skull crashes with all its accumulated speed against the adjacent tower.
Hello! Do you ever plan to do commissions? If so, what do you imagine your prices would be?
greetings! i have never done any commissions yet, but at some point i would like to open them. i'd have to look into payment-options / prices would depend on the difficulty/workload – but i am not sure what the range could be. if anyone is more experienced, please let me know :^)
