Log Cabin Starter!

Here is another little starter home for your simmies, this one featuring a loft for the kids and two whole bathrooms!  There's also a convenient little garden pre-planted.  It's pretty cozy, but this place can fit four sims decently.

Built on a 20x30 lot in Twinbrook, but can be placed anywhere.

Requires: Ambitions, Late Night, University

Modern Starter Home!

Sorry it's been so long, guys.  School got stressful and my hard drive crashed, but fear not!  Sims is back.  I'm in sort of a building mood, so I built this little starter home because I feel like there's a serious lack of them in the community (for good reason - it's sooo difficult to stick to a 16500 simoleon budget!).  Anywho, this little guy comes with a second bedroom and a modest living space for your family to grow here.  There is also a place for landscaping when when you get the cash.

20x30 flat lot (this one in Riverview)

15800 or so simoleons furnished, 13000 or so unfurnished

"I'm leaving her with you.  No way is she coming with me."

"But I have no idea how to raise a witch!"
