Humans can be so negative...

I don't understand how rude people can be to another person...please and thank you cost nothing! The negativity you can feel from people is so horrible, I understand they may be having a bad day but being unnecessarily horrible and rude is so mean. I wish I could understand what goes through people's minds sometimes or maybe what doesn't; it confuses me so much it really doesn't make sense to me.
