Kyle Anderson's Le Métier de Beauté Favorite: Classic Flawless Finish Concealer.

Marie Claire's Accessories Director, Kyle Anderson has fallen hard for a particular new-found favorite: Classic Flawless Finish Concealer.

Why concealer?

Before this, I had never really thought about the importance of concealers. I had always thought I just needed to look more tan to look healthier and rested, but the truth is when u have a pink undertone adding only a bronzer can end up just making you look more orange/red.

How did you discover ours?

I was doing a video series for the Outnet.com about trends and the makeup artist on set introduced me to the brand. I asked him basically what could I do to look a lot hotter. I explained I wanted to look young and fresh. He introduced me to your Classic Flawless Finish Concealer and it was love at first use.

What’s your technique?

I use the Classic Flawless Finish Concealer in Shade 5 to mask redness and make my eyes look less tired. Instantly, my 16-year-old self is back. During Fashion Week ­– especially in Milan and Paris – I look exhausted and this concealer helped a LOT.

Last words of love?

This concealer never looks dry or flaky. It’s really easy to use and sort of melts into your skin. I’ve never tried anything before that goes on as smoothly as this… it’s my everyday go-to.

The campaign’s efforts will go towards raising money, awareness and finding a cure for ALS (Lou Gehrig’s). Here's how it works:

The Face

Mikey prepped his muses with Replenishing Daily Solution, followed by Peau Vierge Tinted Luminizer for dewy skin and a subtle glow.  

The Eyes

To create the satin lid look, Mikey used Dualistic Eye Pencil in Champagne. “Use as a shadow base from lash-line to eye-bridge.” Next, True Colour Shadow in Chameleon and Rose Champagne were layered over one another for soft femininity. Pulling it all together, Noir Precision Liquid Liner. “The important thing to remember is that the liner must be razor-fine. It must be tight and discreetly placed straight into the lash-line.” Finish with a light coat of Noir Anamorphic Lash Mascara over the top lashes. 

The Brows

“The key is for brows to be perfectly defined, but still look soft.” We used Brow Bound Eyebrow Pencil in Natural Blonde to achieve the look. 

The Cheeks

Apply Crème Fresh Tints in Poppy high on the apple of the cheek for a youthful pink flush. LMDB tip: “The cheek color should appear pronounced, but still feminine.”

The Lips

Layer on Sweet Crème Lip Crème Lip Gloss for a sheer, nude-pink pout. 

The Last Touches

For the final touch, We Suggest to apply Classic Flawless Finish Concealer in chaste amounts, where needed. No other concealer work as flawlessly.
