just cracked my neck so loud my dog stopped obsessively licking her toy to come stare at me for 30 seconds

I would be willing to bet money that I have had Mayzie in Palm Beach (Seussical the Musical) stuck in my head for more cumulative time over the course of the last 14 years than 99.9% of all other living humans

All im gonna say is men arent running around in mass obsessively shaving their legs and every inch of their body because ~sensory issues uwu ~ and its utterly naive to not realize how so many women are suddenly and randomly falling on this excuse to not have to think any deeper about how shaving (and other practices) are misogynistic and have been socialized into them - so many which dont even have genuine sensory issues which would show in other cases and ways apart from just this and are linked to neural processing differences
anyway, if body hair leads to discomfort (which ISNT sensory issues btw but everyone throws language around like it means nothing) thats very likely because you've been shaving for a long time and are no longer used to it and it can feel weird and uncomfortable and first. which is dystopian. because youve forgotten how your actual natural body feels and looks. been there done that. ill accept that some small minority of women could have genuine sensory issues w something like this and would have struggled w them even in a society in which they never shaved/the concept didnt exist, in the same way hair on the head or clothes can also trigger sensory issues

my sister just gave me the best haircut of my life and they have never cut hair before. life is so awesome
from my recent kiln opening- if the design looks familiar to you, I made this vase while visiting Canada and was also learning about historic Korean ceramics at the same time. This decoration is my (not nearly as fancy) response to a very famous ancient Korean pot from the 12th century (Goreyo dynasty) using the Canada goose as a substitute for the crane.
I learned about the famous Goreyo dynasty crane vase after reading the book, A Single Shard by Linda Sue Park (HIGHLY RECOMMEND)- which Po-Wen Liu recommended to me during his workshop last year at Arrowmont ( i HIGHLY RECOMMEND his workshops as well). Po-wen was Linda Sue Park's consultant for the book and a wonderful pottery instructor.
anyway---I LOVE this pot and hope you do too!
can’t talk right now. im partaking in the social ritual of correct micro facial expressions
right so apparently its also weird if you do the correct micro facial expressions but then dont talk
it’s amazing i actually have any skin left inside my mouth to keep biting off
