oh my. lotus dragon is so in love with you. i don’t know how you got the attention of the blue dragon, but congrats !!
lotus tends to not hang onto people, preferring to stay alone in the palace, but you are different. something about you strikes lotus… you interest them greatly & they are ever wanting to get to know more about you.
lotus lets you stay beside them in their space (idk what it is exactly), much to hydrangea’s jealousy.
^^hydrangea also holds alot of respect for you though. but sometime’s she’ll feel that pang of jealousy in her heart that she can’t ignore.
lotus will teach you how to play their mandolin if you ask them to. fortunately, the instrument is somewhat easy to learn, so you won’t get too frustrated :)
they also know how to dance ballroom dances… so dance with them !!! lotus dearly loves dancing (even if they don’t have legs like normal cookies, they find a way to make it work), and it would warm their heart if you accepted their offer to dance with you.
they’ll style your hair for you, no matter the length. they somehow are able to plait your hair gorgeously even if it’s short…
they would absolutely never steal your life force. you’re their love, so why would they ???
your comfort is lotus’ top priority. if you don’t like something, they’ll make sure that it’s removed or changed (unless it’s to do with the life force draining).
they’ll grant your wishes immediately after you make them. wished for some cash ? there’s some on your bed. wished to be happier ? suddenly you feel there’s a spring in your step. the list is endless !

Ohhh, this was a huge lesson to me on how not to make a comic. A severe lack of proper planning, experience, and motivation is what delayed this project. And while I regret taking so long, I'm happy that it's done. Visually, I wish it was more, but I can't be choosy at this point 😂

Thank you. I appreciate it. :) This might be a lil different that what you ask for because I can't see Pitaya falling for anyone shy or who they consider weak but here's some general Yandere Pitaya Dragon Cookie Headcannons instead. Hope this is ok.
-Firstly in order to catch this dragon's attention, you can't be a regular cookie. Pitaya only respects or at the very least tolerates those who they consider strong. Such as Hollyberry who they consider a rival/friend. So in order to even gain their attention in the first place you've got to be a knight, adventurer, hero, hunter- Someone who they would consider strong otherwise they're probably not going to give you a second glance. So maybe you're an adventurer passing through or maybe a hero who heard about a dragon in the area, maybe you're one of the Hollyberry Kingdom's knights that Pitaya met one time visiting said rival-friend. However either way you had caught their attention in one way or another when you showed your strength.
-Everyone knows one of the things Pitaya values most is physical strength and they use it to decide the value of someone, other than the rare cookie who managed to entertain them as Dark Enchantress Cookie had in the past. They use the physical strength of cookies to calculate their worth in their eyes again like Hollyberry, this dude actually held an entire kingdom hostage once demanding Jungleberry Cookie give them sparring partners so it's like half their personality at this point. However it happens, they challenge you to a fight. Regardless if you win, lose, or it's somehow a tie- Congrats! You got their attention now! At least enough for said Dragon to respect you as a decent fighter. This is actually more of a nuisance because now if Pitaya can't find Hollyberry/she's too busy with something else, you're now their go-to battle bud whether you like it or not. Don't think traveling far away or trying to hide is gonna help either. Dragons are dangerously good at tracking with their heightened senses.
-The more stubborn and abrasive you are the worse their feelings intensify. Some dragon associate fighting with the courting process. Ananas and Pitaya and two of these dragons. In Pitaya's mind, fighting = a form of bonding or playing around. Hollyberry gets this and that's one of the biggest reasons why the two get along so well. Her bashing their head in with her shield as he swings their sword at her, is just them having a good old spar for old times sake'. You don't know this however. So while Pitaya sees constantly bothering you with challenges to fight is them getting closer to you, you're just seeing them as some weird stalker obsessed with bullying you into their new punching bag until they get bored and leave you alone. You might also be too scared to retaliate so you accept every time not knowing that if you just rejected them it probably would've saved a whole lot of headache later.
-Dragons are already obsessive, possessive, and greedy towards their partners out of instinct in general anyways whether they're courting another dragon or cookie regardless. (see my Dragon Cookies Mating/Courting habits post for more context to this) So they're all natural yandere. You'll be constantly moving around and doing everything from dyeing your hair, wearing disguises, traveling far away, using a different name, trying to cover your scent with heavy perfumes- "Y/N!! I sssee you there! Come here and fight me!!" Honestly Pitaya takes this as a part of you playing with them. Challenging them to work harder to find you and it's thrilling to them. A game of cat and mouse and fun! They see it as you playing back with them.
-If you have a wife/husband/girlfriend/boyfriend/crush/fiance/partner/etc already, Pitaya will see them as a love rival for your heart and will also challenge them to a duel and when they obviously loose, they will see that as them winning the right to court/be with you. So you're screaming as the dragon throws you over their shoulder kicking and screaming declaring that they had earned your hand. They're genuinely confused and shocked when you start crying once they're settled in their nest in Dragon's Valley and yell at them that you don't love them and would rather be eaten by a wyvern than be with them. Unfortunately dragons mate for life so you don't really have a choice,
