This was getting out of hand. They had made a habit of being late for class the morning after every night they spent in the same bed which was bad enough for both of them- Rudy had to deal with busy parents desperate to drop off their kids and go to work and Kyle with a bunch of hormonal teenagers, ready to turn the room into a battlefield at the slightest lack of supervision. And it was all Rudy’s fault. Rudy, with his frustratingly adorable habit of not letting either of them get out of bed until his boyfriend gave up and cuddled with him for a full fifteen minutes. Granted, Kyle was stronger and could have easily gotten up, but he was enjoying it way too much, despite all his whining. “Rudy. Class,” Kyle simply stated as he felt the man’s arms hugging him from behind, locking on his chest. The first few times he had tried harder, used actual arguments before realizing his efforts were in vain. Now his defenses went down much quicker. “Fine, five minutes,” he said, and as Rudy kissed his shoulder, he didn’t care he was going to be late for class again.

Kyle slightly raised his head from where he was lying underneath the bathroom sink, so he could give Rudy his most pretentious offended look. “Yes. Have a little faith, Rudolph,” he said to the man leaning on the bathroom door (oh, how the tables had turned) as he sweated tinkering with the sink. He was, in fact, familiar with small house jobs like that- it kind of came with the package of unwillingly owning a house when you were twenty-one and having no money to spare on plumbers and other technicians. With a last turn of his screwdriver he was ready to stand victorious- until another defiant drop of water landed straight from the pipe onto his face, which had been the problem to begin with. He groaned with his teeth clenched, ready for that small bathroom to be the place he took his last breath trying to fix a damn sink, when his thoughts of destruction were interrupted by Rudy’s muffled giggling, slowly turning into a proper fit of laughter. “You know what?” Kyle asked, emphatically putting down the screwdriver as he sat up. He quickly ran his hand through the toolbox until his found what he was looking for. “Screw you,” he exclaimed, throwing a handful of screws at his boyfriend- which inevitably led to more laughter, but hey, he could get used to this.

a plot where muse a and b hate each other. and by hate, i mean completely and utterly loathe one another. they turn on their heel and walk out of a room when they spot each other, they insult each other at every opportunity they get, and they’d rather sit on a spinning blade than spend time together doing anything but screaming at each other — unless they’re fucking. as much as they can’t stand one another, they drive each other crazy, good crazy, in bed. she comes out with bruises on her hips and hickies on her thighs while he’s got scratches trailing down his back and chest. they hate each other, but they love fucking, and their sex is full of pulling and scratching and biting and shut the fuck up and say my fucking name and the second they’re finished, one’s kicking the other out. this behavior continues for a while, both showing no signs of liking each other, even a little, until one day muse b fucks up and says the ‘l’ word in bed. he leaves immediately, and they avoid each other for days until muse a snaps and goes to his apartment and they fight and fight and fight until they’re fucking again, and afterwards they fight more and he’s shirtless and defensive and she’s in her bra and on the verge of tears because somehow, they ended up loving each other, and suddenly every day when they fight, the ‘i hate you’s sound like ‘i love you’s and the sex feels like making love and somehow they hate that even more, because hate is all they know how to feel.

okay but a cute, little, simple plot in which muse a is a high school/college athlete & muse b is an amateur photographer that enjoys taking pictures of the team a little too much, and for some reason they always end up having tons of amazing pictures of muse a because ‘the camera is just drawn to them!’ but it’s okay bc muse a finds the whole thing (and muse b) pretty cute, and they start hanging out, and muse a starts joking that muse b is their lucky charm bc they are always at their best in the games in which muse b is present and before they know it muse a is slightly crushing on muse b, and they blush when they are around and even stutter a bit when they surprise them coming to chat after a game, or randomly at school/college, and muse b thinks it’s cute af and contrary to popular belief is not the jock who likes to tease but rather the photographer and maybe eventually muse a will gather up the courage to ask muse b out but no one knows when will that happen (their classmates do have a lot of bets about it tho)
