Not necessarily… even if I do love the holiday season. What I’m currently looking forward to is football season. You sound like me when I was in high school though. On the first day of class, I was already looking forward to summer break. I could give you really bad advice but I decided to be good for once.

I thoroughly enjoyed football season in high school too. Lots of good memories. Save the good advice for the impressionable students. I’m all ears if you’ve got some good suggestions.

I’m all for the holiday season– and that’s not just because I want to put a poinsettia on every available space. As much as I love spring and summer, the winter months are just super cozy. Can’t have that when it’s 90 degrees! Or at least as much.

I can only remember how anxiously excited I got this time of year, every single year as a kid– I hope you a lovely school year nonetheless. If you want some flowers for your classroom, let me know. Consider it an on the house teacher appreciation discount. It’s the least I could do. 

Aren’t poinsettias poisonous or something? Or is that just for animals? I actually don’t mind the heat so much, but it’d be nice to start getting some cooler weather sometime soon.

I guess school can be exciting for some. Thanks for the well wishes though, love. They’re much appreciated. I just might have to take you up on the teacher appreciation discount. I’m a sucker for lilies.

Depends on which holiday you’re referring to. Because like, I’m all set and ready for fall and Halloween - may have already started decorating my apartment actually. But if you’re referring to Christmas, that needs to take a backseat until Halloween is over at least. 

Halloween is fun and all, but I’m just really after school breaks. Fall break, winter break, spring break. Any break. But I do enjoy the Halloween parties, so there’s that, I guess.

Is it just me or is anyone else wanting it to be the holiday season already? It might have to do with the fact that the beginning of the school year is quickly approaching, but I’m already looking for a break.
