A friendly fish looks your way. Oddly similar in appearance to Sebastian, he seems much kinder and well intentioned. But a dark truth lies behind his Urbanshade uniform as he sits in the submarine with you to help you get the crystal. ✦

OC info / lore
Leonis Solace [Z-14] is the younger brother of Sebastian Solace.
As of now, he is 18. A few years over half of Sebastian's age. He was young when Sebastian was sentenced, but somehow managed to stumble away in all the chaos and end up right on Urbanshade's swiping of an unconscious Sebastian. Immediately, they swiped him up as well, allowing the child to go missing.
The child was oddly smart for his age and did his best to rebel against them, so he became yet another prisoner. He was kept in a separate facility entirely, making sure Sebastian never knew of him being there.
When the experiments came around, Leon was right after Sebastian. The in between for the tests on gills for humans.
He was maybe 8 when this was done, and not expected to survive or even be successful. But he ended up a more humanoid version of his brother, with a blue skin, glowing eyes, and a large tail. But instead of three eyes, he had four. Regular two arms and legs.
When he woke up, he didn't remember anything. Where he was, who Urbanshade was, that he was even ever human. Urbanshade took advantage of that and made him their employee, putting him through training and claiming they found him in some sort of wreckage. Leon could only remember a few things about himself; his age, his name, and a couple random facts. That, and his dog tag necklace.
He didn't remember where it came from. Who had given him the tag engraved "Solace". But it mattered so much to him.
Eventually, the EXR-P missions began. Leon was employed to help along teams, but due to his importance, if his team were to die or he was badly injured he could get picked up [if Eyefest didn't eat the submarine, of course].
Leon finds his pet sea bunny, Moth, on one of these expeditions. An expendable blew up the others and Leon couldn't leave the poor thing so he took it.
When does he actually meet Sebastian, you may ask?
The reason he hasn't gone into Sebastian's shop or is even aware of him is because he follows orders to the bone at this point, one of which being to stay strictly on path whenever the walkie/radio goes static or silent, regardless of the Expendables.
Well because I've yapped a lot I'll try to shorten it.
During a searchlights 2 encounter he ends up with one of the hooks through his torso trying to save the last member of his team. He manages to cut it off of searchlights entirely, and flees, but gets caught up in a pipe system and thrown across the Blacksite. He's washed up half dead with Moth disheveled [but okay] in his backpack, where Sebastian finds him. He originally looks for loot, only to find an uncanny resemblance of an experiment.
Then he sees the tag. The one he gave his little brother before he was sentenced because he was afraid he'd never see him again.
He spends quite a bit of time trying to [and failing] gently shatter Leon's entire reality.
This blog is timeless, therefore it will skip between him not knowing his brother / knowing him / so on.
