Cora sat on the the kitchen counter, watching him move about, trying to fix whatever it was he was trying to fix. She had a large sketch book on her lap, and her pencil moving over the pencil with soft and gentle movements. She was watching him while she was drawing the new suit to fit with his wings, without them looking out of style with the outfit. “I still believe you should give pastel colors a go” Cora told him with a soft voice, smiling over to him. “It’d make you look less grumpy”
The damn smoothie machine had done this twice in the last week and the trick that he used the last two times failed. The damn thing was barely a month old as well which only served to piss him off. “Pastels blanche my skin, but if you think of a good combination to stop that happening I’m not opposed to the idea,” he told her as he unplugged the machine and put it in the bin. He liked his pale youthful skin. “I look grumpy?” he asked his hazel eyes flickered over to the younger angel.
