Unfamiliar Shores [Molly and Leon]
Molly was half tempted to say that he had a lot more going for him, however the young farmer kept her comments to herself, only returning the smile. Her brows raised at his reaction however, what she had said apparently striking a chord with the man before her.Ā
"Well alright then, weāll go to the church first." She spoke as she continued to walk, looking back at him. "So fast? I think I should be asking you why so slow." She threw him a wink, before slowing down her own pace so he could catch up.
"Ohā¦" She paused, blinking in realization. "Mi dispiace, I never introduced myself. Iām Molly."
The priest gave an amused smirk to the woman in his company, she certainly knew her way around a few quick words. "We've already discussed this, have we not? My old age has made me awfully slow." He matched her pace, keeping an eye out for any sort of building he could assume to be a church, admiring the scenery of the town as he did so.
Another phrase from a foreign language. It struck some resemblance now, and tilting his head curiously, he spoke his thoughts aloud.
"You are Italian, an old yet still commonly used language. And also, a romance language." He gave a quick wink in return after the last words left his mouth, in addition to a low chuckle. "My name is Leon."
