Weight Loss

I started using the MyFitnessPal App on 4/15 and it is working. I am losing weight and its nice. I’m watching my portions and staying within my calories for each day. I’m not depriving myself of what I want either. I just make sure I record it. I also check nutrition facts before ordering food out. I’ll let you know how much I have lost on 5/15 to see my months progress
