I like having to hunt for cd’s and dvd’s from thrift stores, never truly knowing if they will work, I love my ps2 console even if getting the game disc to spin might take 15 minutes and basically witchcraft. Physical media and functioning old tech give me so much joy over anything new and online. Today’s need for continuous and streamlined efficiency might be bad for humans and that’s a hill I am willing to fight on.
