You can find the Reed brush in the Organic section. I don’t really like all the fancy pressure settings on pencils because I’m not painterly when it comes to digital illustration, so I tweaked it a bit to make this brush.

I only found out through someone’s IG story that Joe Hisaishi is playing a concert of all his music from the Ghibli movies in San Jose. I am so upset I didn’t know about it and missed it. I’ve just decided to make it one of my life’s missions to see him. My life would be complete. Well, just about a step closer. If you haven’t already, watch Spirited Away, Howl’s Moving Castle, and Princess Mononoke. Some of his best works in my opinion. This song gives me all the feels.

5/365: Here’s some lettering I’ve been doing recently. My friend and I host events at my rental space, STU/FF, and this is how I’ve been doing all my marketing through Instagram stories. I feel like I’m really starting to get the hang of lettering on an iPad and developing a style for my rental space brand. What do you think?
