I couldn't sleep and then I started thinking about stranger things again and got so fucking sad about how noah schnapp migh have felt reading the script for season 5 for the first time like, imagine you're one of the only openly queer actors in a show playing a queer character who is in love with his best friend for YEARS and suffered his entre life bc of his identity and this love just so at the end they dismiss all of it and reduced your life long love for your bestfriend as just a crush you can get over it in a few days, bc I'm sorry but they know NOTHING about queer people, I could be wrong but a pattern that I see with queer people (including myself) is that it's always so hard getting over someone, especially if that someone was part of your gay awakening, so imagine all of this combined in will's case

and they want me to believe will got over mike in a few days?????? THAT is the most unrealistic part of all of this story
the thing about will that makes me so sad is that he just… he WANTED mike. he wanted him. he thought about him when he wanted a relationship and missed him when he was lonely and asked robin about him and tried to flirt with him. he spent months painting him a beautiful picture when he was being actively ignored. how am I supposed to get over that? how did HE get over that? in two days? they wrote him to be too passionately in love with mike for them to just pretend it meant nothing.

the thing that pisses me off the most it's that it's not actors/people involved in a show about idk, hospitals or a sitcom but a show that is allegedly made for outcasts with queer, black, disabled and many more characters in wich the actors see no problem in making fun of the target demographic, it would be horrible if anyone mocked a minority group but it's even worse when its people from a show who unsuccessfully tried to spread that message, I hope karma gets them one day, I'm so disappointed and sad I can't even pretend I'm not affected by it, since vol2 dropped I've been losing so much hope in a better future

I need to confess that I've been reading spicy byler fanfics since may/2025...... I LOVE IT SO MUCH (all of them with aged up byler of course) BUT THEY ARE ALWAYS SO BUZZY AND PEOPLE WRITE THEM SO IN CHARACTER IT'S SO SATISFYING TO READ, I LOVE THE ONES WITH THE FANDOMS FAVORITE HEADCANONS/TRAITS OF THEM, I love reading about them at college or at parties
