Being a Vegan
Eating out:
I love finding the restaurants around me that have actual vegan options on their menu, not just vegetarian options. It makes me feel like I just won a prize! Thank you restaurant for understanding that you have multiple markets to cater to in this big big city. Thank you for acknowledging my decision is valid and that I deserve to be able to eat out and trust you.
On the flip side it's super frustrating to look at online menu after online menu and every single thing has cheese and cream and meat and ugh! It gets to the point where ordering something and taking out all the things I don't eat leaves me with bread and vegetables with no sauces. And I'm still paying full price. Sometimes even paying EXTRA to add more vegetables.
This is why cooking at home is the best. Vegan's know how to effing cook... and honestly it's NOT DIFFICULT.
Where do I find this? How do I buy it?

I really just adore this guy. He's honest and genuine and works his tail off. He has a good head on his shoulders and he is sweet as pie.
