Coffee shops.
DAY 6 Ok so today was not my most healthiest by any means!! I was up in the night with a sickness bug 😩 So I let myself eat whatever I could manage or craved. I also drank quite a bit of lemonade as I was super dehydrated and water just wasn't quenching my thirst. Feeling much better now though so back on track tomorrow!!
Day 5 Here's some of the revision I did today, along with my planner. I leave a little note to myself, especially if I've had a good day and want to remind myself how good it feels on a day when I am struggling. I also leave a mark out of 10 for food, exercise and productivity. Then add em up, divide by 3 and get my overall day score! I stick a sticky note on the following day with a to-do list so I don't forget anything 🙈
DAY 5 My last snack of the day, Sweet Coconut and Vanilla popcorn ☺️ This stuff tastes great and soothes my sweet tooth that I get all the time 😩 Although, I did end up eating a bit more than whats on the plate.. oops!
Day 5 DINNER TIMEEEEE Ignore the mozzarella because it went out of date and I couldn't use it and I NEARLY CRIED. Just a quick tuna pasta dish with brown pasta and as I couldn't have cheese, I put a lil' bit of low fat salad cream in there too!
Day 5 So to keep me going through revision, I whipped up a smoothie. Melon, grapes, pineapple, berries, orange etc, just a pure fruit smoothie! Also in uni student style all my fruit, except the tinned pineapple, was frozen. I get a fruit salad bag from my supermarket for £1, defrost some in a container in the fridge over night, and use it for a smoothie when I get an afternoon sweet tooth ☺️
DAY 5 I got up so so late today, in true uni student style... So I made a 2 egg omelette cooked using coconut oil, with peppers and mushrooms! (Whose omelettes ever come out the pan perfect ey? Certainly not mine!!)
