Made my first tofu scramble tonight for dinner. This is the first time I made tofu and it was edible. Shout out to Nora Cooks for the recipe.

Also I recently decided that instead of glamorizing studying with my studyblr, I will now post whatever I want to. So stay tuned for many more vegan adventures and animal crossing!

Happy New Year! My first bullet journal miraculously had just enough pages to last 2018, so I’ve just started a new one! I’ll post some photos of it soon, but in the meantime, here’s a spread from last November, ft. a new mug that I’m low-key obsessed with.
