Okay guys itās happening!! My work hours have finally calmed down, and my boyfriend and I decided to join the neighborhood snapfitness. Itās a tiny little gym, only a 5 minutes bike ride away, and it has all the necessary equipment that weāve so badly missed! Our first workout is this morning, so Iāll let you know how it goes. Iām so not used to being in a gym, Iām barely used to doing at home workouts. I feel thicker, I feel slower, I feel more easily winded. I feel unathletic and I feel like Iāve lost a huge part of my identity. Without a routine and some sort of accountability, I find it really difficult to maintain my fitness, so Iām hoping this helps.
