That video is fucking APPALLING. The fact that the white girls were in a minority area makes me think this was an issue of race. All black people recording this shit. If they did say something racist, more black people would have spoken up instead of recording it. But no. And black people say they can't be racist. And black tumblrs think they're fucking saints. Not the same anon but I have just wanted to say that they're probably silencing you while in court so you are unable to find support and protect yourself or collect money and support. 'Merica!
Sounds about right. Please don't take my court ordered silence as weakness or me giving up. Giving up isn't an option. Just be patient. Just because I can't talk now doesn't mean the second court is over that I won't blow the lid off of this. I might actually be still dealing with court to prevent this alone. I'm to the point where I'm losing everything and once those orders are filled and gone... Not only is the media ready for their right to free Press but I have a book written all about legal abuse that I used as a coping mechanism when forced into silence. I may just release it... Its time people see what happens to victims in the justice system, especially when the very system created to help them is used against them. Corruption is huge in my city right now. It's no surprise that people use their own opinions or personal vendettas against the very people of whom's lives we leave them in control. The public is starting to fight back... And I'm right there, silently, fighting with them. Keep fighting! The rights of victims, disabled persons, service dog teams, chronically ill persons and anyone with disadvantages in life is important to me. My life for the past 3 years have been dedicated to just that. I own a website for just that purpose. Trust me. I will not give up. I just can't talk about it right now.

I'm under strict orders from the court to not speak about the current court case, the abuse I endured, my son endured or the treatment I have and continue to receive. I'm not too sure exactly who began reporting on my case but have asked them to stop, not by choice. Yes... I'm faced with a theoretical gag order and ask everyone to keep quiet as well as I spent time in jail for that and didn't even have control over it. So at the moment I can't answer this question. I'm sorry.

That awkward moment when a lawyer gets a complaint about someone stealing your identity online and then illegally ignores it, using it to have you arrested instead in order to sway a case in the way they want it to go... So you find yet another lawyer that deals in unethical lawyer practices, whom licks their chops over email proof that instead of removing the harassment and use of identity that you complained of and holding the other party responsible for multiple harassment screen shots sent to them, they illegally arrest the person asking about the harassment forgetting that person would save all emails and find unrefutable proof that the lawyer fraudulently had been neglecting all complaints from one side but not another, swaying opinions and taking a complaint about someone using your identity online and using it fraudulently to their advantage as well as sharing confidential information with someone impersonating an officer. You know? That awkward moment when instead sending a subpoena to have it removed as you had asked she instead put in jail for right around the time their client is accused of sexual assault against a client by 4 witnesses, as if to cover it up. That awkward moment when you realize you have post dated emails proving your innocence, proving you complained about what you were jailed for 3 months prior and your identity being taken and no actions being taken except using it to illegally imprison you. That epic moment when you find that email chain proving your innocence and the lawyers guilt so you begin going over the options with your own new lawyer of having her return the money, become disbarred and experience the pain she put you through from taking your baby, by taking her career and credibility. Epic and awkward. Amirite?
