Oh, Hello Sun 🌞

Finally, we have some beautiful sunshine and warmth. Winter has been clinging for a while and spring has been teasing us with bits and pieces sun. This Indiana weather has been playing with my emotions and I am ready for it to be hot! What will I do this spring/summer? So I forgot my password...

I've been meaning to log on and continue my blogging but I couldn't seem to remember my password. I know I could have just reset it but I also lost the email account info for this tumblr... So here I am back and ready to actually stick with blogging this time. I have been in denial about my "depression". The reason being is because Mexicans are not allowed to be depressed; it's not an actual sickness. Therefore I have been neglecting my mental health.

What caused this depression? Well, a lot of things actually. My family drama for one, work(overworking), financial hits and the biggest of them all, my selfesteem. I have been looking at myself and judging every inch and pound of my being. My husband tells me that I am beautiful but lets be real, his love for me has him blinded.

What do am I going to do about it? For starters, I will be blogging at least 2-3 times a week. It all depends on how busy I become during the week. I have also vowed to eat better and exercise more. I am going to feel better about myself. I will work hard on my physical appearance but also focus on my mental health. Now, depression comes in different forms, and I believe I barely experienced it.

I am so thankful for my husband and my in-laws for being the sanest people in my life right now. I love my side of the family but they rely too much on me. It's draining!
