From one day to the next, the attacks over at home seem to have come to an end. It may be safe to head home sooner than expected, but I will wait it out a little to make sure of that. I'm both excited and scared to go back. Excited for getting some normality back in my life, scared to find out what remains.

Holding steady

I have had good days and bad. Good nights and bad. Still working on drinking less and getting out to do a variety of activities.

Went off the rails on keto & IF for awhile. I was incredibly hungry. Finally, I am 2 days back on. My weight today is 284.

That is pretty good, 3 pounds from my recent lowest documented.

Being a BETTER person

Man......if i could think of many ways as myself to be a BETTER person....it would be changing the way how i TRULY THINK about myself.....i've been through SO MUCH tragedy of this year.....and i thought to myself that i WOULD never make it.....i've CONSTANTLY repeated in myself that I'm NOT good enough.....and i had SO Many ways to release out my intentions of WHAT i REALLY felt like😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭it's Been VERY rough and challenging myself to do things that i can't take control over......and sometimes i overthink in myself that i should be different....by maybe....changing my body of how i REALLY look like.....changing my style of clothes that i wear on regular basis....and trying to fit in where i can be REAL SELF ....without having to be judged oN And criticized......and i have moments in my life that i experienced my long distance relationships for quite sometime.....and i've learned that I'm STRONG and capable enough to expand my love from VERY long distance.....and my past relationships were NOT like i expected it to be.....and there were things THAT JUST didnt worked out.....and after THAT.....i've been involved with someone who made VERY HAPPY......and we've talked almost everyday.....and he alwAys brings a smile to my face whenever i needed it.....BUT sadly😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭 I'm not with him anymore.....and it's been VERY hard for me to JUST let that go. ...from everything WhAt i've done for him as his girlfriend....and that day.. ...my heart was broken and shattered into a MILLION PIECES.....and within those few weeks that i wasn't with him.....id thought it's JUST OK.......but turns outt i STILL have some things left to him......and. ...i wish i could change that.....but sadly....i can't.....i have to stay STRONG and positive that my heart will take a VERY long time to heal......and im trying the best i can to be BETTER in myself....BUT idk if i could find my OWN happiness with whom i want to be with......soo.....with ALL THAT said.....we should be BETTER to ourselves FIRST.....and giving MORE attention to our own surroundings from what's happening around us
