I've been googling some like sleeping methods... Do you think hitting my head against the wall really hard would help? Because like- I'll have to survive 9 hours on like hour and a half of sleep before I'm able to take a nap and- I'm just so tired-

Am I alive? Lol no- I have to wake up in less then 2 hours, I haven't slept properly in a month, I have to write 2 exams in the first classes at school and I've been having mental breakdown about not being able to sleep for the past hour- I wanna die 😀🔫

I sleep like 10 hours a day and I'm still tired 24/7, I have no mood to do absolutely anything, I don't want to eat, I'm struggling to breathe, am I the only one that thinks there's something wrong with me? 🤔

Maybe you're just burnt out and feeling a little depressed. The breathing thing however, are you using your inhaler like you're supposed to?
