and yeah i agree! mack is actually so interesting when it comes to his interpersonal relationships to meeee like he is so intense and bullheaded (when in hockey-mack mode, as i like to call it) and much more easygoing off the ice/when hockey isn’t involved (non-hockey-mack… not an evil twin situation ahsksh but to me they do seem two somewhat pretty distinct facets of his personalty!) and it’s obvious that before properly meeting will he wanted a best friend SO BADDDD (those vids with jayden p 😭 like he wanted to be knownnnnn he wanted jayden to get things right about him)
