My name is Margaret and I'm 21 years old, 22 in June. I live in South Carolina, USA, in the Myrtle Beach area. I'm a student illustrator with interests in entertainment illustration and character design.
I have fibromyalgia, an autoimmune disorder with widespread muscular and skeletal pain, as well as fatigue, sleep, memory, and mood problems. This sometimes results in "flare-ups" where issues worsen for a period of time. I would definitely let you know with a short card or email that things may take some time to get better and that letters may be slow coming.
Fibromyalgia can be hard so I do lots of positive things like journaling and art journaling. I draw, paint, and take photographs. I also like to make my own envelopes for letters. I do digital art as well. Outside of art, I practice yoga and meditation for both mental and physical health and my own enjoyment. I like all kinds of music but mostly hard rock and metal (the one kind I don't really listen to is country).
I do believe in ghosts and the supernatural (jinkies!) and I like tarot and oracle cards. I am an INFP personality type.
My perfect penpal would be female or female identifying, 19+, USA only due to postage costs and snail mail please. They would ideally have a few or even a lot of the same interests as me (although contrasting interests would be cool, as lots to learn about each other!)
