I have a craving for my favorite eggplant alla Parmigiana but am too lazy to make. When read off the menu, it could sound difficult. But the reality is that making it at home is simpler than you may imagine. Of course, there are occasions when, by the time I've finished cooking, I'm not hungry. I've been tasting it the entire time, and when it's done, I'm simply done. I naturally just want to unwind today and let someone else do the cooking.

The traditional pot roast recipe is a classic for a reason, but it's fun to alter it to give it a stronger flavor. Shaoxing wine, soy sauce, and sesame oil are three flavors I enjoy. Asian pastries and desserts are the bakery's specialty. Getting my favorite bread, pastries, and cakes from there has become a favorite spot of mine. I'm treating myself to some cream puffs, pudding, and brioche donuts this time.
