Félix stood in front of the photo that represented the auction item he had donated. But he wasn’t there to admire, oh no, instead the man found himself tilting his head at the image he somehow had decided would be best. To be perfectly honest, it looked horrible. This is why he needed someone more savvy to help out at the studio, the man may have been an artist but had no idea how to get things like this right. Perhaps he was doing that thing many artists were guilty of doing, and being far too harsh on himself. Or perhaps he was being realistic. “What do you think? Looks pretty bad, huh?” he asked a fellow attendee who stood nearby as he nodded his head towards the picture. ‘Not sure I’d wanna get a tattoo from this guy if this is how he presents himself.” He was being honest, despite knowing his own talent, but distanced himself from it and hid his true purpose in asking in hopes of getting an honest reply out of the person.
Lexa smiled and shrugged. “Honestly, I’ve seen worse, there are articles upon articles of bad horrible tattoos, I don’t you’d ever find this one in such a websites, I don’t have tattoos, and probably won’t get one anytime soon but I would give him the chance to at least go through his portfolio first.”
