duhhh, morally questionable ladies should ALWAYS stick together, i say. even if this slow burn is gonna be SO slow that hell will freeze over when they get together 💔 ( i wouldn't have it any other way )

i think it's rewarding to see & write characters who don't trust people easily learning to trust each other, especially after what they've gone through. while our main verse is usually voxtek!odile, i am down to clown in her hotel verse, too - post s2. ves'd be supportive, albeit in her very ves way. or even in a verse where vessie works for the hotel! ( because it exists! it's sad i almost never get to use it sob ) - tldr: i'm putting these two in my mouth and shake them.

ves already admires velvette a TON and, over all, i think they could get along pretty darn well. romantically-wise though, vesper is. vesper. this is true for all potential ships, but 'love' is something she approaches gingerly and s3x is in an even lower position (thanks awful college experiences!)

the big question is: does velvette have the patience / will to pursue ves even though it's no easy task? unless something out of the ordinary happens, she's unfortunately not someone who does one night stands (anymore) nor dates people she works for. absolving her from her duties to ask her out for dinner, though, could be a pretty good start 🙏
