It feels damn well different being on stage with everyone again. She wouldn't really call it as being an idol up there, no, that's a life that she left almost a year ago. Not that she ever was an idol, no more like forever training to be one until training became a little too repetitive, so the career change seemed inevitable.

Shaking her head, her smile brightens as she waves at their ever-supportive fans. One thing is for sure: it didn't matter what part of the industry she was in; the fans were all the same. "Hey," reaching over @lgchope's shoulder, "you holding up, aight?" speaking to her in English, feeling completely at ease speaking in her first language.

legacy’s family concert was the first time hope found herself performing on stage. she took vocal lessons as a child, but never really had performances. especially in front of a crowd so large. her anxiety has subsided and she was enjoying the end of concert celebration with other trainees and idols.

she’s waving to the crowd when maya approaches her. she leans in for a hug, smiling at the older women. “good. hate to admit it but excited the concert is almost over.” she says in a whisper. words coming to her without thought when speaking in her mother tongue.

Asami likes her job. Trainee duties are not easy, to be honest, so having a regular job where she interacts with people and they don't look at her with critical eyes at every second is lovely. She has been working at the same place since her second year in Korea, too, so in a way, it almost feels like her second home. It's comfortable, and the food is good, and at times, when people are all away with their families, it's a good place to spend her time since she won't go back to see hers.

It's almost the end of her shift when she gets the chance to go back to Hope. She had served her fellow trainee the whole time she was there, and now that there are very few patrons left, Asami grabbed the chance to take a quick break.

"Let me know if you want anything else to drink or if you'd like more meat. My boss always grills some of what is left by the end of the night," Asami sits in front of Hope and smiles at her. "I was surprised to see that you stayed in Seoul. Not in the spirit to visit your family?"

her family has supported her dream since she brought it up at that faithful dinner a few years ago. they've always been incredibly supportive of everything she’s ever wanted to do. this dream of being an idol was no different. when she got accepted into legacy there was no question on if her parents were going to support her in the areas the company didn’t. a job just wasn’t necessary for her. training and working didn’t appeal to her. and looking for a job has never been on her list of priorities.

but despite her parents support she’s chosen to stay home for the small holiday. the time it would take to get home was just simply to long once compared to the amount of time she’d actually spend with her family. it was just better to stay in seoul. but she had done a couple of video chats with her family since the holiday started.

since almost everyone was back home celebrating with family she’s felt lonely the last couple of days. the dorms were practically empty. but she was glad to have asami. which is why she found herself visiting the older trainee at work. hope looked up from her phone to see asami standing in front of her. “i’ll take a water. and if you have any meat left i won’t complain. i can save it for later.” hope returns the smile. “I didn’t see a point. three days just doesn’t seem like enough time. the flight isn’t even that long.”

being a rather introverted person, jinyoung wasn't generally one to socialize even when he had the chance to at such a big event, he finds himself watching the stages by himself. byungho and minjae had been with him prior but both ventured off for a short while to do their own thing, which the model was perfectly content with.

he'd no idea where ming and his brothers were but again- he was too busy watching his own girlfriend shine on stage to worry about his solitude. so when he heard a 'hello' beside him, it took him a second to realize he had been spoken to, his eyes widening in surprise as his head darts from the girl to the stage and back to the girl. it took him several seconds but he did send her a friendly smile in response along with a polite nod of his head.

hope wasn’t a fool. she had a six sense of sorts. reading people came second nature to her. she knew everyone wasn’t going to be as social as her. it didn’t always came natural to people. it was a risk she took with everyone when she approached them. and while events like this were her happy place, it doesn’t mean they where for everyone. but she liked to take the risk. and some friendliness never hurt anyone.

she could sit and watch the stages, but she just couldn’t stand still at the moment. maybe her nerves where brother her more then she would like. she however did find after looking around she had a pretty decent view of the stage from where she was standing. she could socialize and support her subaes. she turns from jinyoung to looks at the stage. she knows enough about the companies groups to know crystallis is currently performing. she turns back towards him and waits for him to regain his composure. she returns the smile when he does. “so, what are you doing?” she asks with a curious glint in her eyes.

HARVEY ♡ SHOOTING STAR LIVE STAGE

for a full two weeks trainees have been putting all there time into preparing for the family concert. some trainees were chosen to perform the special stages, and hope was one of the lucky ones. it would be her first real perform in front the of a crowd. as expected she was nervous. she had nerves she probably wouldn’t be able to shake until after the concert. but her excitement ultimately won out.

despite her nerves she was doing to make the most of her time backstage. huge concerts were a place extroverts felt at home. there weren’t that many times all artists and trainees where in the same building. she had time before her performance and she couldn’t sit still. literally impossible at this point. so, instead of sitting and waiting she found herself wandering the halls backstage trying to find someone to talk to. as she turned the corner she caught sight of a familiar face. she’s never met him face to face, but she has seen and heard of him around the company. “hello.” she says with a bow as she approaches jinyoung.

        as a kid when cherry asked her mom to make sure there were no ghosts in her room, her mother would let her know: what you can’t see, doesn’t exist. and then her dad would say that ‘you can’t see air, and that exists’ and cherry was back to being scared ghosts were haunting her room. as she grew up, she grew less scared of ghosts, if they wanted to hurt her, they would’ve, right? but cherry continued to believe they existed, because, just because you couldn’t see it, didn’t mean it didn’t exist.

cherry had never really gone ghost hunting before, but she wanted to try it, and finally today she got the chance. finding time in her busy schedule to drag hope along to an abandoned building. abandoned buildings would have more ghosts, right? since there aren’t humans there to annoy them all the time, of course now, cherry and hope is coming to bother them anyway. “i brought a flashlight” she holds up a flashlight “and some candy, in case the ghosts become hungry… or if... we become hungry” she holds up her other hand. “i’ll be honest and say, never gone ghost hunting before, but i do believe in us!”.

as a child there was plenty to be scared of. strangers, the dark, and public embarrassment. growing up hope had two of those three fears. her parents taught her from a young age that monsters simply didn’t exist. so, no a monster couldn’t be under her bed. because of this she felt there was no room for fear of things that couldn’t be proven. she believed in what her parents said. if they said ghost weren’t real, then they weren’t real. and she had no proof to prove this theory wrong.

but hope was the adventurous type. and had a hard time turning people down.not that she really mind. she honestly wasn't opposed to a ghost hunt. she thought it actually sounded sort of fun. and maybe she would get the proof that she finally needed to prove her long held theory wrong. "flashlights are a must. and i don't know about the ghosts, but i might get hungry. if only we had some professional ghost hunting equipment. oh well.' she says with a shrug of her shoulders. "hopefully we get lucky. i don't believe in ghost, but maybe that will change today." she looks back into the entrance of the building. "are you ready?' she says taking a step forward.

hope doesn’t necessarily believe in ghost, but she also couldn’t be sure there weren’t ghosts. up to this point she hasn’t had an experience that has solidified a belief in the supernatural. no seeing a shadowy figure pass by in the shadows or being touched by something that was not there.

but today that may change. honestly cherry didn’t have to work hard to talk her into ghost hunting. she wasn’t easily scared and it sort of sounded like fun. which is how she found herself in the entrance of an abandoned building. she looks around and takes a step forward into the main room of the building. “so what exactly are we going?” she asks cherry turning around to face her.
