No no, I mean it can get pretty realistic, but at the same time sometimes we have to push it to those limits to get the full story.
So you murder people to practice? Is that what you’re telling me, because I should probably keep my distance.
Oh yes, Adele is good for that. Beyonce too, I have to add. There are some songs I listen to that I start to lose my voice half the day because I’ve been belting it out.
Oh yes. Adele’s Hello is so one of those songs, I like to think I’m her but I’m basically tone deaf.
Well when I get here, I hope I can do my best to catch the bad guy or at least help catch the bad guy. But you’re right, it is kind of fun, the different ways we’ve been taught on how to collect evidence, putting ourselves kind of in their shoes and reenacting scenes to get a better understanding

Beneficial yes if the case works out and the bad guy is caught until proven guilty. Not beneficial if the case is stalled and nothing works out and the guy has one good ass lawyer who will fight for his case.

Trust me, most of the lyrics are questionable, but it still somehow gets the kids and stuff hyped up. Yeah definitely safe back then, or so it seemed. You ever listen to a song you loved back then, then listened to the lyrics now and found out how much innuendo was in that song?
As long as you have a good beat the kids will get hyped up. Oh yes, Shaggy Wasn’t Me. I loved that song as a kid, would sing it all the time and looking back it was not appropriate for a kid at all.

“She broke his dick? What?!” Paige asked actually interested and confused all in the same. “How does that even happen?” Paige took a sip of her beverage once it was brought to her and waited for Lia’s answer getting one she hoped she’d get, Paige smiled at her and nodded. “I was hoping you’d say that. I don’t mind chicken and olives sometimes but pepperoni is usually the only thing I’ll eat other than the classic cheese with a little spinach thrown on there. Simply delicious,” Paige said and kissed the tips of her own fingers like some master chef would have ending in giggles after she’d done it. Paige ordered for them, getting a classic pepperoni since it was something they’d both agree on and something they’d both eat and once their order was in, Paige put all of her attention on Lia again. “So you have to tell me, what got you into illustrating children’s books? Is that something you’ve always seen yourself doing?”
She smiled as Paige latched on to the story that she’d thrown into the conversation haphazardly, “yeah, he had to have a surgery,” she answered with a smirk. “Apparently it’s a thing that can happen when a girls on top, truth be told it just adds to my list of reasons to avoid penis,” Lia replied. She’d always found them creepy and gross and the fact that they could break just seemed to make it even worse. She took a sip of her own drink as she gave a moment for the girl to digest the interesting story. “Pepperoni it is,” she answered with a grin glad that they agreed on the best course of action when it came to pizza. She laughed lightly when Paige kissed her fingertips, glad that she actually found the girl funny. She shook her head softly at the question, “Nah, I mean I’ve always loved drawing but never really knew what to do with it, my style has always been kind of cartoonish though and I started putting my stuff on instagram and a girl contacted me who was writing a book, she hired me to illustrate it and then I just got more jobs from there,” it was a rather boring origin story but it had all just kind of fallen in her lap and she was pretty thankful for it.
I hate to admit it but that’s exactly what I want to become, and the main reason that I started criminology.

Ahh alright that makes sense. Then again, I would probably be in your moms same shoes with what the kids are listening to. Not all the songs are weird but some are good haha
Some lyrics at the moment are a little questionable but I’d say Spice Girls was pretty safe, seemed it as a kid anyway.

Destiny’s Child and TLC all the way, yes. Spice Girls as well but I wasn’t a die hard fan as you said haha.
Waterfalls was my jam. I loved the Spice Girls, begged my mum to take me to a concert but I never succeeded.
Makes sense, I mean to get a flow of what you have to draw for and all, right? When you put it that way, it does sound impressive haha, but once you get the hang of it, it comes naturally. Same could be said for drawing, I can do random little doodles here and there but that’s about it. Oh now, which girl groups did you listen to?
Exactly. I guess you’re right, different things are easier for different people. I was a die hard Spice Girls fan, loved Destiny’s Child too of course though and TLC, they were great.
Oh that’s cool, I mean I don’t read a lot of children’s books but still that’s pretty cool though. It is, I guess? I don’t know, I’ve been doing it for a couple years now haha
Neither do I, well except the ones I draw for obviously, have to read those. I’ve always found it to be pretty impressive, making the songs blend and knowing exactly which one to pick, I’m terrible, plus my music knowledge consists of radio pop and nineties girl groups.
